First aid kit is in the cupboard under the bar in the kitchen. Fire extinguishers are located downstairs and at the top of the staircase.

Each room has a combined CO2, smoke and heat detector. In case of false alarm, press the reset button once — it silences in 3 seconds.

Enter the 4-digit code from your info message. The door auto-locks 30 minutes after each opening — an audible alert sounds. Keypad is to the left of the door. Turn the latch to open from inside.

To open the garden gate, dial *1881 on the keypad to the left of the gate. From inside, use the button to the right of the house door or the lock in the centre of the garden door.

After turning on the hot tap, wait 30–40 seconds for the water to heat up.

All rooms have air conditioning. The dining room also has a ceiling fan — switch it on from the panel near the shoe rack, then control via remote. Fan speeds: LOW · MED · HIGH. Light colours: daylight · white · warm.

All rooms have heating via air conditioning. The dining room has an infrared ceiling heater — press the up arrow on the remote. The bathroom heater behind the door can stay on 24/7. An extra electric mini heater is in the master bedroom wardrobe.

Tree base lights are automatic. Outside lamp at living room level: leftmost switch near the shoe rack. Bar table lights outside: remote control.

Press and hold the bluetooth symbol on the remote. When the blue light flashes on the speaker, select Klipsch The Tree II from your device's Bluetooth list.

Switch on the TV then press the HOME button on the remote to reach the AndroidTV home screen. Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube accounts are already logged in.

Access via the door below-right of the sink. Buttons are on the top edge of the door. Tablet detergent is under the sink.

2. Press the leftmost button to power on
3. Select programme
4. Press START on the far right and close the door

   

   

Under the stairs, accessible through the door next to the TV in the living room. Works as both washer and dryer — detergent and softener are always topped up, no need to add more.

Nespresso capsule machine. Insert a capsule and follow the button combinations on the machine: espresso, lungo, americano.

Induction hob: Place pot → press On/Off → select zone → adjust heat with +/−.Oven: Left knob: cooking type · Right knob: temperature.

No recycling separation needed. Hang a sealed bag on the garden gate. Garbage is collected 3 times a day: morning · noon · evening.
